Practical Self Defence Class

Work on your fitness and learn skills to keep yourself safe from attack! 


In this class, students work on practical and effective kicks and strikes, and which targets to use them on. 


Students also learn how to deal with punches, grabs and a range of other attacks, including attacks with weapons, in a practical and direct way.


This class is suitable for people of all fitness levels, and is also suitable for people who do not train in the Martial Arts. The class aims to teach practical and effective skills and is not linked to Belt levels in the Martial Arts, making it suitable for parents and adult friends who are not necessarily interested in following a traditional path through the Martial Arts belts, but are still interested in learning how to defend themselves and keep themselves safe.
